It is that time of the year again. Like we did last yer, Ira skipped the Tremaine convention and only want to go to the Jump, because she likes it better. So at this weekend we are getting up very early to be at Convention Center on time – at 7.15.
Classes at Saturday: 1. Hip Hop; 2. Tap; 3. Auditions; 4. Lyrical; 5. Musical Theater.
After all kids were divided into groups, the classes started. Ira was in second group out of five, and fifth consists of boys only.

They are matching 🙂
Like in last year, the Tap was very interesting, so I couldn’t stay still and repeated all the steps. And one of moms from the studio was writing the steps too.
In the Musical Theater there was another story told by dance, but Ira didn’t like it the same as last year because it was kinda boring.
I want to talk about boys a little bit. Usually it is thought that dancing it is mostly girls thing, so we see a lot of girls, hundreds of them, in conventional classes. And only a few boys, but boy, how good are they!
Sunday classes: 1. Ballet; 2. Jazz; 3. Сontemporary; 4. Сontemporary; 5. Сontemporary.
The ballet teacher is funny. She finished every sentence with the question – is it clear, yes or no? Close to the end of the class we, the parents, caught ourselves on making a parody of her while talking.
When it was contemporary classes time we were surprised, why there are three of them in the row? But the reality was that all of them are different despite the same name.

Sunday, before classes

Ira decided not to waste the lunchtime and read a little bit 🙂

The weekend went fast. Ira was very tired but happy she had a chance to dance.
