After parade ended we went home, all wet and frozen but still happy. Dad was busy with the straw woman, who was the reason of our party.
I didn’t waste time and made a pancake dough, and started to make pancakes immediately after.
Soon after I was done our guests arrived. They smelled the delightful aroma of pancakes and were excited.
Right at that moment the Sun decided to take part in our end of the Winter celebration too, so the rain stopped. We decided to go outside and finish the ritual before eating the pancakes.
This is our beautiful Winter straw woman!
Since the straw wasn’t fully dry, the burning could take some significant time and we were pretty hungry already. Plus the pancakes smelled so appealing… That’s why we decided not to wait until the straw woman will transformed into the ashes, and just poured water to it to stop the fire.

I didn’t have a chance to make a picture of the pancakes, they turned to be very yummy 🙂
