Part 8 here
In the morning we went to the Museum, showing history of RVs or motor homes.
I spent a lot of time observing the process of the vehicle creation.

First its frame needs to be ready

Wheels are attached

Different types of floor are needed in an RV

Next are part of the walls and some big furniture frames

Storage

All walls except movable parts are in place

Different stages of roof readiness

Insulation in the storage

Roof is ready

Next are windows and doors should be installed

Moving parts of vehicle are in place now

Cabinets without doors and other small furniture

Furniture storage

Last details are in place

Final Inspection
After that we went to look to the actual motor homes

Interesting solution – the hammock in the 60th RV

It does look like a house. There is no feeling that there is a car

Kitchen and Pantry

We even found a space for our cat!
Next we went to the part of museum where really old vehicles are presented. The earliest RV was created in 1913 – more than a hundred years ago, can you imagine that? Some of the vehicles look so funny, that we couldn’t stay calm and laughed a lot. But from time to time I caught myself on a sad thought – while our grandmas hand washed the clothes, didn’t have a bathroom in the house, people in America had such a luxury as motor homes…

The very first RV in US, made in 1913

That car is awesome – it was made in 1916 and have a bed compartment, kitchen and drawers outside the vehicle

Here is kitchen

Drawers for the stuff

Some of the cars look very weird

Doesn’t it look like the tank inside?

On the other hand, it has folding toilet!

This is very unusual looking too

That car can tow a trailer

This is for six people. Exactly what we need!

We had a lot of fun in that museum, I’m glad that we found it.
